Very Reasonably Priced

I have lived with HIP for 6 years now..I was at Park Ridge and now Mystic Pines…I have had no problems with them and I love my apartment!! They are very reasonably priced!! I would recommend them to anyone 🙂

I Love My Apartment

I love my apartment at Eagles Landing. It’s HUGE, has a W/D in unit, and it super clean and new looking. Hip has been great throughout my whole rental process, from showing to living here, and now as I move out. They’re especially good at working with college students! The maintenance staff is helpful, and quick. They do tons of preventative stuff, and they’re even re-siding the complex right now.

The only sours spot I have with HIP is their choice of towing company. Capital towing has a shady business record, and I hope HIP reconsiders their contract with them.

Friendly and Helpful

Park ridge apartments are great apartments for the price. All the staff and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more than 2 days for response to maintenance calls, and there haven’t been many of those in the last 3 years. Highly recommended.
